Career Fair

The fourth annual career fair was held yesterday March, 29. The career fair consisted of many of Harlan’s and other town’s finest workers in different jobs. We were honored to have five other schools here they are: A-H-S-T, Boyer Valley, Elk Horn-Kimbalton, IKM, and Walnut high schools. There were people there that work as vets to people who are volunteer firefighters. Igot to interview a student from walnut high school

Q: Do you like the carrier fair?

A: “Yes I did”.

Q: Why?

A: “I like the career fair because it gives me a chance to see and talk to people that have a job that in the future I would like to have.”

Q: Did you like any on perticular speaker?
A: “No. They were all very interesting and answered any questions I had and other students had.”

Q: How did you like the lunch we had and did you get any info. on any other jobs that you might like from your friends while at lunch?

A: “It was a good lunch I liked the fact that they let us go up for seconds and thirds. Yes I did there were many jobs that I didn’t think about at first but my friends told me about them and I really liked the description they gave of the job.”

Q: Over all did you like the Harlan High School and would you like to come back for other career fairs?

A: “Yes I did like the high school and I most definitely would like to come back again.”

I had fun doing this news blog and enjoyed the career fair. This is Ryan signing off.
