First Tennis Meet With Denison-Interview with Coach Bruns

The Harlan Community High School Tennis team had their first meet this season with Denison. Coach Bruns had this to say about the meet, “The meet was disappointing overall. We are a young team and it showed {during the meet}. We made a lot of mistakes and Denison didn’t. Teh lone bright spot came an #1 singles where Cody Petersen played very well in his first match of the year. Cody is really trying to be more patient this year with his shots. When he does, he has a lot more success.” Like Coach said, the meet was disappointing. It will be quicker to give you the wins. We were unable to interview Tom Early because he was at the jazz contest.
