In the early 1900’s some families came to Omaha to catch up with the rest of their family that had come over previously from Carlentini, Sicily. They then opened an amazing Italian restaurant. This business became Omaha’s Little Italian section of town. In the back of the restaurant there is a beautiful gazebo and a fountain. When looking around in that garden you almost feel as if you are in Italy. Unfortunately the business slowed down over the years, so the restaurant was to be demolished. After this news got around reservations came pouring in from people wanting to visit the restaurant one last time. This caused the management to postpone the demolition to the fall of 2007.
