Puppy Thrown Off a Cliff?

A video on youtube has swept the nation with its graphic origin.




Two U.S. Marine soldiers in Iraq found a puppy and what appears to be throwing it off a cliff. The second soldier video taped wile the first held it by its neck and proceeded to through it off a cliff. In the original movie, the puppy makes a loud yelp as falling to the ground far below. Thousands of people all over the world have seen this video and many have left their responses not only on video page but have actually posted their own videos expressing their distaste and disgust over the brutal actions. Many have argued that the puppy was dead and the sound heard could have been edited in at a later time, but no one knows for sure. On man went as far as to re edit the video with different noises such as a cow sound. In the CNN video posted above, another Marine discusses his displeasure weather it is real or not. “That is mistreatment of a puppy that is a violation of anybody’s standards” says the Marine officer. According to the CNN interview, the men in the video, if found, will be investigated-potentially discharged from the Marines all together.

To many people, the question is weather the puppy was alive or not. To the rest, it doesn’t matter. It was an outrageous display of cruelty and extremely unmoral to post this video on the internet.
