Project Seven (Evening)

(Computers are awful and I can't seem to get these on the same post, so these pictures will appear ^above^-- hopefully)

Many of the HCHS returned to the school Wednesday evening to see the follow up presentation by the Project Seven crew. Project Seven refers to the seven words: "Jesus Christ is my Lord and Saviour." From Carroll High to IKM and AHST, kids from around the area came to Harlan to see this religious presentation. There were many more speakers than the previous assemblies, and there was even and interpretive dance, showing how a one speaker had his burdens lifted through religion. After the presentations, they invited everyone down to pray together and were going to be forgiven of their sins. After the prayer, the crew collected the kids information, and then they were allowed to go back to their seats. From their, the Project Seven Crew continued to draw raffle tickets (which you picked up as you walked in) for prizes such as a Nintendo Wii and an Xbox. There was also a 10,000 dollar shootout. Taylor Schwartz, of Harlan, was drawn for that. After that they had an arm-wrestling contest. Matt Hoch of Harlan won the competition. At about eight thirty we were dismissed. Another inspiration presentation!
