Comments from Coach Bruns:

I thought Brock played pretty well against Jeff Miller but came up short in games where he had chances to win. Jeff is one of the best players in Western Iowa so it’s never easy against him. Mitchell played very well for the first half of the match and was up 4-3 but his level dipped a little after that and Carter took advantage. Stephen, Tytan and Nolan all played hard and just need to continue working on finishing shots they can make. Andrew was the lone singles winner today. He played very well and is really starting to pick up the strategy of the game. It was great to see him play well and get a win. Andrew and Nolan were the lone winners in doubles and are really starting to play well together.

The Cyclones host Atlantic on Monday, Clarinda on Thursday and Red Oak on Friday and travel to Denison on Tuesday.
